526742432	Adopted Birth Record	An indication that the medical records being viewed are from a time prior to a patient's adoption and therefore cannot be viewed by the adoptive gaurdians.
526742433	Adopted Patient Record	An indication that the medical records being viewed are from a time after a patient's adoption and can be viewed by the adoptive gaurdians.
